Beef Goulash

  • ½ C chopped onion
  • ½ C chopped celery
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 24 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 t basil
  • ½ t salt
  • ¼ t pepper
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 2 C macaroni, cooked
  • Catsup
  1. Cook onion and celery in fat until golden. 
  2. Add beef and cook well. 
  3. Add tomato sauce, basil, salt, pepper and chili powder. 
  4. Add macaroni and then catsup to taste.


Note: Can add cheese as a garnish. It adds a creaminess that is delightful!
