Letters Subscriptions
If you’re not happy after the first 2 letters, please contact us immediately upon receipt of letter #2 for a full refund, no questions asked. If letter 4 has been sent, no refund will be issued.
We understand that the mail is not always reliable, and it is essential that you are able to enjoy the experience in the order we send them. If a letter is missing or destroyed in the mail, please let us know and we’ll resend 1 for free. Fees will apply for additional letters resent.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us with order number and email used for your order so we can locate your order and provide a refund on your method of payment.
Non-Letter Items
Refunds for any non-letter item may be possible, if the item is received in its original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is up to you. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
