- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1 C oil
- 2/3 C water
- 3 C sugar
- 3 ½ C flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 ½ t salt
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t nutmeg
- ½ t cloves
- ¼ t ginger
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour three 7x3” loaf pans.
- In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, eggs, oil, water, and sugar until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, soda, salt, and spices.
- Stir dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended.
- Pour into the prepared pans.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Loaves are done when toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Note: You can also do 2 9x4 loaf pans for a longer period of time.
